Depending on the type of equipment and programming a customer subscribes to, or the promotional program in which they
have qualified and signed up for, the following fees may be seen on a customer’s monthly billing statement.

We also want to review the process for signing up your customers.
1. You review the programming plans with your customer.
2. The rep then enters the customer information in the office assistant.
3. Within 3-5 days the rep will be emailed a certificate number. This certificate number is very important.
4. Your customer calls 888 542 2526 (option 2) and provides their information and the certificate number. They will also set up their installation appointment. Make sure the customer asks for promo code ETDHA24.
5. The customer is installed.
