Paul Orberson, President & Founder

|
|
As a high school teacher and coach in Lexington, Kentucky, Paul Orberson loved what he did. Unfortunately, his teacher’s salary didn’t allow him to give his family the solid financial future he wanted for them. In 1990, he entered the world of network marketing, determined to succeed. Not only did he achieve success, he became one of the most accomplished network marketers the industry had ever seen and was able to retire before the age of 40.
A few years after retiring, however, Paul grew bored with every day being the same as the one before. He wanted a new challenge, one that would allow him to help others find the success he had found. He decided that it was time for him to start his own relationship marketing company so that he could give others the opportunity to achieve their goals. He researched numerous companies, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each so that he could build a company on the most solid foundation possible. Paul, along with Tom Mills, launched FHTM in 2001, and ever since, the company has continued growing into a leader in the relationship marketing industry.
Paul is a firm believer that "To be successful in business, our focus must always be on the other person." He certainly lives his life this way, most notably in his creation of FHTM, which has focused for nearly a decade on helping others achieve their dreams. |

Tom Mills, Chief Executive Officer

|
As FHTM’s Chief Executive Officer, Tom Mills loves hearing from Representatives about their dreams for improving their lives. “Everyone at FHTM enjoys hearing Representative success stories,” he says. Tom has certainly heard many success stories since the company’s inception in 2001, but even before then, he was devoting his life to putting people on the path to success. After growing up in Frankfort, Kentucky, he stayed in the state to begin his professional life as a teacher and coach, eventually working his way to the position of Boyle County School Superintendant. In 1990, Tom entered the world of network marketing and was so successful that he was able to retire only eight years later. In August of 2000, he and fellow network marketer Paul Orberson decided to start FHTM, enabling Tom to bring his passion for helping others into a new industry. As CEO, Tom focuses on ensuring that FHTM employees and Representatives have the resources they need and that they have high-quality products and services to market. Thanks to his commitment to FHTM and its Representatives, Tom is sure to keep hearing success stories for years to come. |
Jeff Orberson, Chief Business Officer |

|
As Chief Business Officer, Jeff Orberson focuses on developing strategies to continue FHTM’s growth. His position allows him the opportunity to travel more and meet with Representatives, one of the aspects of the job he enjoys most. “I love seeing people chase their dreams,” Jeff says, “and putting Reps in the position to change their lives as much as they want to change them.” Prior to joining the FHTM team, Jeff honed his management skills at a music production and songwriting company in Kentucky. Though he enjoyed that line of work, he had an immediate interest in FHTM, having spent years witnessing firsthand his father Paul’s achievements in the network marketing industry. Now that Jeff works side by side with his father, he gets to see that same success from a different perspective. As part of the next generation of Orbersons, Jeff wants to make sure that FHTM continues to offer people opportunities for success for many generations.

David Mills, Chief Operating Officer
When Paul Orberson offered David Mills, who had helped work on Paul’s autobiography Something Good’s Gonna Happen, the opportunity to join the FHTM staff, “I gladly accepted,” David says enthusiastically. After serving for 22 years as the state director of Kentucky’s basketball division of the Amateur Athletic Union, David brought his experience in coordinating the efforts of coaches, athletes and school administrators to the business world. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, he coordinates the efforts of FHTM’s staff members, ensuring that what happens at the Lexington headquarters is beneficial to Representatives. “I want to allow individuals to reach their full potential and be themselves so that everything works out best for themselves and the company,” David says. His main goal at FHTM is constant improvement, always looking to “position ourselves to be better than we were the day before.”
