FHTM’s corporate office, including Representative Services, will be closed Friday, July 3, 2009 in observance of the 4th of July holiday.  Regular office hours will resume Monday, July 6th.  We wish all of our Representatives a happy and safe holiday weekend!

FHTM Renewal Process Update

In an attempt to decrease our impact on the environment, FHTM has decided to send renewal reminders for both US and Canadian Representatives via e-mail instead of mailing paper reminders.  In addition to the reminder which will arrive conveniently in your inbox, a renewal reminder notice will appear at the top of your Back Office Home page. You may renew your FHTM business by placing an order through your Back Office, or by contacting Rep Support at 859.422.7018.  If you or Representatives on your team do not have Back Office access, renewing the manager position may be done by contacting Rep Support.  Thank you for your support as we strive to be more efficient and environmentally friendly.
