FHTM Canada Support Begins New Hours!

In order to meet the needs of our Representatives, FHTM Canada is pleased to announce new Canada Support call center hours. The new hours are 8:30 AM- 6:30 PM EST Monday through Friday beginning Monday, July 14th. The additional one and a half hours will allow the Canada Support team to assist the growing Representative base. Now, volume points for True Essential and Lamas Beauty orders may be combined to equal customer points for FHTM Canada Representatives! For example, one Lamas Beauty order placed by a customer containing the Spa Sensuals Hand Scrub and Hand Lotion, a combined total of 75 volume points, may now combine with another Lamas order, containing the Citrus-C Facial Cleanser at 35 volume points. The total of 110 volume points will earn 1 customer point. This positive change is effective retroactively to Lamas and TE orders already placed on a Representative’s account. The combination of volume points may occur between multiple Lamas orders, multiple TE orders or through the combination of multiple TE and Lamas orders together.

The combining of volume points allows Representatives yet another way to earn customer points for their FHTM Canada business.
